Implication for health policy/practice/research/ medical education

Hyponatremia, defined as serum sodium <135 mEq/L, is the most common electrolyte abnormality encountered in clinical practice worldwide. Many clinical disorders can be associated with hyponatremia including SIDH, RSW and RO.
